EICACS (European Initiative for Collaborative Air Combat Standardization) announces its forthcoming Technical Progress Meeting, taking place from February 29th to March 1st, 2024, hosted at Dassault Aviation's esteemed facilities in Saint-Cloud, France.
This crucial event marks a significant phase in the project, bringing together representatives from all partner organizations to discuss the progress, challenges, solutions developed, and future direction of collaborative air combat standardization across Europe. The presence of the European Commission's (EC) Project Officer and representatives from the Member States underscores the strategic importance of EICACS to Europe's defense capabilities.
The EICACS project is pivotal to the strategic enhancement of Europe's air defense systems, aiming to develop standardized protocols and technologies that ensure interoperability, efficiency, and effectiveness in collaborative air combat operations. By leveraging the expertise of leading defense organisations, research institutions, and military stakeholders, EICACS is setting the foundation for a unified, cutting-edge air combat standardization framework that will enhance the operational readiness and cooperative capabilities of European air forces.
